Prenatal Yoga classes are very close to my heart. These classes supports mothers to be on their pregnancy journey. There are so many changes on body level, mind level, hormonal level, emotional level. Prenatal yoga helps her to understand and go with ease with all those changes. There is Abhimanyu Therapy also called baby talk which helps in building a bond with baby. Yoga poses for each trimester, Breath work, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantras, baby talk will help you enjoy you pregnancy journey. Post Natal Yoga Classes
These are very special classes for RE START Self care, Self love, again stand up and gain that confidence with your changed version which is beautiful. These sessions comprises Postpartum recovery and transition into motherhood journey. Yoga Poses to deal with physical changes, Breathings and pranayamas for Emotional and mental wellbeing, Yoga Nidras to deal with those sleepless nights Postpartum classes are designed to address all these challenges, so that each mother can celebrate their incredible journey. These classes can be practiced along with your baby.
