About Yogini Isha

Isha Sharma is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher based in Bangalore. Her journey with yoga began in childhood, inspired by her grandfather, whose guidance introduced her to the profound practice of yoga long before she recognized it as such. Over time, this foundation blossomed into a deep understanding of yoga's transformative power, leading her to discover the unique purpose of human life.

With a strong academic background in biology, Isha combines scientific knowledge of the human body and breath with her spiritual practice. This synergy allows her to approach yoga holistically, addressing the body, mind, and soul as interconnected elements of our existence. Her deep insights into these dimensions make her teachings uniquely impactful.

With over 8 years of teaching experience, Isha offers yoga sessions that are a harmonious blend of physical postures, breathwork, and spiritual awareness. Her goal is to help individuals rediscover the natural balance and harmony they were born with, empowering them to lead more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Through her compassionate guidance and personalized approach, Isha continues to inspire and support others on their journey to self-discovery and inner transformation.

Thanks to Isha I developed a daily Yoga practice. I love her soft and positive though serious way of teaching. Especially during hard times our  regular morning sessions a week lighted up my day and helped me to establish a short morning routine with some yoga movements for myself.
